Guide for beneficiaries | Setting up and organising the operation process

In accordance with the provisions of Article 15(1)(j) of Decree-Law 20-A/2023, of 22 March, beneficiaries are obliged to have a technical and accounting file for the operation that includes all the documentation that accompanies its life cycle, from the submission of the application to its closure or operating phase, if applicable, consisting of the original documents or certified copies, preferably in digital format.

List of approved operations

Ensuring total transparency in the allocation of European Union funds involves sharing information with all citizens about the organisations, amounts and results contracted.

The publication of the list of approved operations, an obligation of the Managing Authority under EU regulations, is above all a guarantee that all of civil society can access information on EU support.
